Impact Team - Interest Form


If you are looking for areas to serve at NewSong, we would love to have you join our Impact Team. 

Impact means to press closely into something 
& 
Team is a group of people drawn together due to a passion or purpose. 

Impact Team is our team of volunteers which draws the community together by our passions and helps to make things happen both in our church and in the community.

Please tell us about your heart to serve with us & any previous experience in serving at a church.

We do our best to assist in getting our volunteers connected to their passion in the church. Checking your interests and matching them to our community's need do not always align. But we will do our best to help you find your place here!

The areas denoted with an (*) mean they do not serve primarily on Sundays. However, if you select a Sunday-specific area, we ask that that area will be where you choose to fully invest for one year before switching.

We value holistic participation - this looks like being contributors to the community in service and in presence. Please discern a rhythm that works well for the season of life you are in and what invitation the Lord has before you to serve. Our desire is that you would be serving no more than 1-2x per month so that there is opportunity to participate in the main service.

* we list the frequencies below to factor in for 5 Sunday months, we ask that you would be willing to jump in 1x more than you usual serve rhythm on these months.

We encourage you to find a regular week on which to serve. For households with multiple impact areas, please consider a rhythm that works for your household (i.e. - parents with kids, consider serving alternate weeks so one parent can be with the kids)

All Impact Team roles require a background check. We will reach out to confirm this date & provide information on what you need to bring to complete a background check.
